AccuTap: Easy Injection Device Concept.

In the Fall of 2018, for a biotechnology course capstone project, BIOL2020, my colleagues and I created a concept device that would make injections convenient, accessible, transportable, and affordable. I created the prototype design on how it would look, feel, and function. The button has two phases of force. The first gentle force releases medication stored within the reservoir of the device. The medication is loaded in to the micro array. Applying more force on the button will expose the micro array of microscopic needles to inject medication in upper layer of the skin. This device is to be used with supervision and in therapeutic treatment for PTSD.
